At Whitehorse Biking Gears Adda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange a product due to a change in size or if it arrives damaged, please review our updated return/exchange policy below:
All products are eligible for exchange in the event of a change in size or if the product is damaged upon arrival. However, the cost of shipping the product to our Bangalore showroom for exchange and the subsequent return to the customer’s address will be borne by the customer.
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The product must be returned unused.
The product must be accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.
The product must be in a re-saleable condition upon receipt by us. Please use a reliable courier service to ensure the safe return of the product.
The product must be sent back to us within 7 days of its delivery.
Please note the following terms regarding exchanges:
Products can only be exchanged manufacturing defect, wrong & damaged product delivery. The product must be returned unused & the product must be accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc. And refund will be happened with in 15 days of the returned of the item.

Items that are on sale, offered at a discounted price, or marked as closeout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
